Website BTS provides web development, digital architecture design, and AI Agent setup services tailored for SMEs and executives. Our standard engagement model includes a 1.5-hour discovery consultation and a 48-hour development turnaround following the approval of the project scope.

## 2\. User Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business, goals, and required assets \(such as logos and domains\). You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

## 3\. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our services, you retain ownership of the custom content and data specific to your website. Website BTS retains the rights to the underlying frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary AI configurations used to construct the site.

## 4\. Flexible Operations & AI Agents

If you opt for our "Empowered DIY" model, you are solely responsible for managing your AI Agent and website post-launch. If you select our "Dedicated Agent Operator" service, Website BTS will manage routine updates and prompt engineering on your behalf, subject to the terms of your specific operational agreement.

## 5\. Limitation of Liability

Website BTS and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, the performance of your website, or the actions of your AI Agent.

## 6\. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
